The COVID-19 Pandemic puts the world into a halt. Expert says that it may took some time for everything to be back at normal. Until a vaccine has been made. and the virus was completely eradicated. We must always protect ourselves. For the safety purposes of teachers and students. Face-to-Face teaching in areas under quarantine has been suspended. But education shouldn't stop even in the midst of crisis. That is the reason DepEd proposes different methods of teaching and learning using different modalities or the Blended Learning.
